In 1973, Leon Treat founded Auburn Sheet Metal & Heating with a simple vision: provide honest, reliable HVAC services to the communities of Western Washington. What began as a small, one-man operation in Auburn has grown into one of the region's most trusted home comfort companies. Now in its third generation of family ownership, Treat's Heating & Cooling continues to operate from our headquarters in Enumclaw, WA. Over 53 years later, the values that Leon instilled in the company remain at the heart of everything we do: integrity, quality craftsmanship, and genuine care for our customers. From our early roots in sheet metal and heating, we have expanded to offer comprehensive HVAC and indoor air quality services. But no matter how much we grow, we never lose sight of what made us who we are: a family business that treats every customer like a neighbor.

We are a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer serving residential and commercial customers across South King and Pierce Counties, and we continue to grow.

Diagnose and repair furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless systems Perform seasonal maintenance and tune-ups for our Preferred Customer maintenance plan members Explain findings and options clearly to homeowners, with honest, repair-first recommendations Accurately document work performed, parts used, and recommendations Build trust with repeat customers and represent Treat's professionally on every visit
Sheet Metal Fabricator & Commercial Venting Installer

Fabricate ductwork, fittings, and sheet metal components in the shop Read and work from plans and shop drawings Install commercial HVAC venting and ductwork on the job site Operate shop equipment such as brakes, shears, and rollers safely and accurately Coordinate with the install crews and represent Treat's professionally on every job site
